Cancellation & Returns



If you would like to cancel your order before its been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please write to us on WhatsApp at +91-8980088944 with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees.

If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, kindly inform our team on WhatsApp at +91-8980088944 and refuse to take delivery. 

Returns / Replacements:

If you receive any wrong product in terms of color, size and design that you have purchased from the Divine Casa website, you have an option to raise return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of product. For any used product or delay in raising request, we reserve the right to charge any fees that may be required for replacement of tags, rewashing, or disposing off a used product for hygienic purpose.


You can either request replacement unit or return the product and get your money back in the form of store credit. To raise return/replacement requests, kindly eamil us on along with the reason for return/replacement request. Please note that we may ask for a photo or videos of the product to approve your request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.

Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue store refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Please note that for both returns and replacements, there will be a fee of Rs. 100/Qty and actual two way shipping charges will be applicable.

Please note that the Divine Casa exchange and return policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India.


Amount Refund will return to your original payment method only if you have cancelled your order before we ship the goods.

Once the goods shipped or delivered, Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit or discount coupon of agreed refund value.
